Two rounds of examinations for Real Estate Appraisers (REA) and Real Estate Brokers (REB) have been scheduled this year in five venues.
The Department of Trade and Industry, through the Bureau of Trade Regulation and Consumer Protection (BTRCP), announced that the examinations REA and REB will be conducted on May 31 in Cebu City and on October 4 in the National Capital Region, Davao City, Cagayan de Oro City, and Baguio City.
The Cebu City exam be at 7am-12 noon at the third floor of Allied Sciences Building, Cebu Normal University, Osmena Boulevard, Cebu City.
The requirements include three passport-size copies of photo taken within three months, bearing complete name tag and with white background; and certified true copy of proof of educational attainment or the show its original copy for authentication; self-addressed envelope with stamp for registered mail; certificate of attendance in review sessions; and examination fee of P250.
Application forms are available at the DTI-Bohol provincial office located at second floor of FCB Main Branch Building, CPG North Avenue, Tagbilaran City.
